What we collect
- Name and phone number
- Delivery address and GPS location, only when you choose delivery
- Order items, add-ons, selected outlet and payment/order status
Why we use it
We use this information only to confirm payment, assign the nearest Chick Buck outlet, prepare the order, deliver it, provide support and meet legal/accounting obligations. GPS is used to check whether we deliver to your area; it is not used for advertising.
Who receives it
Only authorised Chick Buck staff and service providers needed to process your order may receive the relevant details—for example, the payment provider and the outlet billing/POS provider if this integration is enabled. We do not sell customer data.
How long we keep it
We keep order information only as long as needed for customer support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Chick Buck management must set and publish its final retention schedule before production launch.
Your choices and rights
You may decline location permission; delivery will then not be available. You may ask about your personal data, correct it, withdraw consent for future processing, or request deletion where permitted by law. Withdrawal does not cancel processing needed to complete an already paid order or meet legal obligations.

Security
We use HTTPS on production, restrict staff access, and keep payment card information with the payment provider rather than storing card details on this website. No system is completely risk-free; report any concern to the privacy contact above.
